Title
Title for your painting: ex. Granny's Garden, or The Smith Family, etc...
Family Member Names
List each family member, as follows, in your order notes:
Family Member 1 Name, Birth Date
Repeat for each family member 1-6
Colors or Specifics
Be sure to let me know if you know the recipient's favorite color, or anything specific you want on your painting. If you need extra family members, please let me know that as well. Please Note: If you require extra family members, depending on the number of extra, the size of the painting may increase and require an extra fee
